Irrigation Technician

Five or more years experiencing commercial landscape irrigation.
Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems to ensure efficient water distribution.
Conduct regular inspections of irrigation systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.
Capable of communicating well with team members in Spanish, with a valid driver’s license.
Capable of creating summarized reports of irrigation work.
Must have a positive attitude.

Execute core groundskeeping tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, and mulching for commercial properties.
Perform routine plant health tasks such as pruning shrubs, lifting tree canopies, and maintaining flowerbeds.
Safely operate commercial-grade powers tools, including saws, mowers, blowers, and edgers.
Ability to work in extreme outdoor conditions and perform labor-intensive tasks like lifting, bending or twisting.
Capable of communicating well with team members in Spanish.

Supervise daily field operations, delegate tasks to crew members and conduct final site inspections to ensure all work meets company standards, and client specifications.

Perform safe pruning, limb and tree removal, and tree assessments in canopies up to 60 feet ensuring efficient movement without damaging property or causing injury.
Safely operate and maintain chainsaws (ground and canopy based), chippers, trucks, and various hand tools like pole saws and pruners.
Use hand signals and verbal communication to coordinate with crew and the public while working.
Ability to work in extreme outdoor conditions and perform labor-intensive tasks like lifting, bending or twisting.
Capable of communicating well with team members in Spanish.

Three or more years’ experience in mechanical maintenance.
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance performed and parts inventory used.
Capable of communicating well with team members in Spanish, with a valid driver’s license.
Experience with welding and custom part fabrication is a strong plus!
